Estimate Deposit Fees

Preview the effective fees and quote math for a deposit without creating one.

Resolves the fee template for the chosen route. When sourceAmount is provided, also returns the concrete amount math (target after fees, per-fee items). This endpoint never enforces limits or writes a quote — use /v1/deposit create endpoints for that.
