Create a US deposit virtual account

https://api.dev.cfx.to/v1/virtual-accounts/us-deposit

Provisions a new US deposit virtual account linked to the given ledger account. The account is issued by an eligible provider for the ledger account's entity and comes with a dedicated US account number and routing number; subsequent Wire, ACH, or RTP deposits to those numbers are credited to the linked ledger account. An entity can have at most one virtual account per ledger account.
