Generate a binding swap quote on the CFX network.

Unlike the non-binding Get Estimate, this locks in pricing and returns an ACTIVE quote together with an unsignedTransaction — an unsigned Solana transaction that performs the swap from the nominated wallet.

The quote is valid for a limited window (15 minutes); once it lapses it moves to EXPIRED and can no longer be accepted. To execute the swap, sign the unsignedTransaction and submit it via Accept Quote.
