Accept an ACTIVE swap quote and begin execution.

Submit the quote's unsignedTransaction, signed with the wallet's key, as signedTransaction; its message bytes must match the transaction issued with the quote. CFX then broadcasts and confirms the swap on Solana asynchronously.

The quote transitions to ACCEPTED and the response returns the resulting swap, which starts in status CREATED and progresses to COMPLETED (or FAILED). A quote that has already expired, been rejected, or been accepted cannot be accepted again.
